Hi there! My name is Brigitte. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate the ups and downs of a partnership. I've experienced the pain of losing two significant relationships due to betrayal and not having the tools to work through conflicts effectively. But through those experiences, I discovered an unwavering determination to learn the skills needed for a healthy, loving relationship. My journey led me to the Developmental Model of Relationships, a transformative program created by Ellyn Bader and Pete Pearson, two of the world's leading couples therapy pioneers. I am also a Mindfulness teacher and believe in the power of incorporating these tools in my practice.
