About Your Instructor

Welcome, friends. My name is Brigitte Theriault.

I’m a mindfulness practitioner + teacher, as well as a relationship coach.

On a quest to find deeper peace in my relationships (both with myself + my partner) I discovered mindfulness practice. I fell in love with the teachings and the resilience and wisdom we develop in cultivating this practice.

I am currently in year two of a two-year meditation teacher training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and deeply believe in the transformative power of mindfulness practices.

Through developing these practices of self-awareness, we find more ease in navigating life’s complexities.

We can become more joyful, calm, and grateful for the present moment in a way that allows more space, openness, and appreciation for our relationships.
