I believe relationships are here to help us grow.
Often, this growth is painful.
My life’s work is to help people uncover their protective patterns.
For years, my life was run by unconscious patterns acted out in relationships.
My anxious and avoidant attachment patterns would play out in different ways.
I masked my vulnerability with bravado.
I often said “I’m fine” when I wasn’t.
I gave everything: money, emotional and physical labor, and felt depleted and resentful.
I fought, fawned, and froze a lot.
I’ve walked through being betrayed and co-dependent.
I know what this work takes to heal.
I bring non-judgment, curiosity, care and presence to our sessions.
I listen deeply.
I’m here to help you navigate this with wisdom—so you can find your way back to yourself.

But theory only helps so much.
What actually changed everything
It wasn’t until I began Somatic Experiencing® training that I found the missing link.
Through tuning into my nervous system, I learned to recognize when I was in old survival patterns.
I started paying attention to what my body was saying.
It was this re-organization of my own nervous system that changed everything.
It helped me end a relationship I was no longer aligned with.
It allowed me to stabilize, see my patterns, and hold myself with love.
To develop a new, secure relationship with myself.

Your protective system is working overtime—watching for threats, bracing for pain, trying to keep you connected.
But often it keeps you separate and disconnected—when what you want most is connection.
